INCLUDE:

AT LEAST ONE  OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCY 

(REVIEW IN DELEGATE CONTRACT):





  1.  If you are claiming eligibility by by proof of residency, you must provide 
       
       either of the following documents in your name show proof of residency

       for 120 days prior to our competition:  

       Utility bill, a copy of property mortgage or lease in Candidate's name, 

       automobile registration, tax filings (you must be a employed more than 40

       hours per week), voter registration card, or  Federal student loan 
 
       correspondence or notices on which Applicant is named primary or 

       secondary in the applicable State.



  2.  If you are claim proof of residency by attending school, you must 

       provide:
 
       Enrollment document from college, university, or technical school.  You 

       must be a full-time student.



  3.  If you are claiming proof of residency by employment, you must 

       provide a W-2 Form, income tax filing, or other relevant 

       Documentation to proof full-time employment as proof of 

       employment.  Full-Time is no less than 40 hours per week.


  4.  Proof of residency must indicate you have lived in the State of 

       California no less than 120 days prior to our competition.    





Rebel Wear for Fitness Competition


-      All Candidates are required to purchase Rebel Wear (Miss America 

       Line  in the color, RED, for the Fitness Competition.  See link below
   
       to the Rebel Wear web site as well as instructions to follow when 

       purchasing.  You may purchase any of the RED designs (NOTE:  The 

       RED designs pages 1-3 on the Rebel Athletic web site).
